Technical support and experience

Support is provided to a number of client networks. This includes:

• network troubleshooting, all Microsoft Windows operating system support and installations (95,98,2000, XP, NT)
• Remote dial-in and set-up using Citrix and PC Anywhere, Exchange 5.5 and 2000, user profile set-up and administration, network printers, anti-virus software setup and administration, virus removal and support for any type of computer related problem
• Site visits to a number of high profile barrister's chambers in London's Law Courts and other legal firms

Software that is currently supported: Citrix, Terminal server, Sonicwall VPN, PC Anywhere, SBS Active Directory, Veritas Back-up exec, DPS Case management software, SQL and Access databases, ISA Server, Symantec Norton Antivirus Corporate Edition, various legal library software.
